Goku's just gonna dodge all the Gargantuar's attacks with analytical prediction and shoot it with Kamehamehas or punch it till it goes down. Even if it can survive without a head large scale damage to its body will wear it down overtime (only around 3 hits) and Goku's not going to run out of stamina very quickly. Even with his A.P disadvantage Goku can amp himself with Damage Boost and just spam that while he runs circles around the practically skill-less zombie.
