Background story:
Goku was transported to the world of The Boys and lived there for a few months. After meeting the boys and learning everything Homelander had done, he decided to stop him himself once and for all.

Homelander's Ego is going to ruin him if he gets grappled by Goku (Class K vs Class M)

Homelander's only advantage is having somewhat higher stats and better range options which he could abuse with his flight but goku can tag him with Ki attacks or Power Pole

Goku can narrow the gap in far better CQC and fire a charged kamehameha which would do alot of damage to homelander

Goku takes this more often if homelander tries to be arrogant and gets into range which won't end well (higher CQC and LS)

Well if LS is bunk then Goku's saving grave is higher skill and Ki techniques but iirc the latter isn't spammable in this key. He can still try to dodge but the speed gap can pose some issues because I don't think a 2 times speed gap is insignicant but mitigated by Goku's far higher skill
