...You're kidding, right? Sailor Neptune can use the Galactica Bracelets and warp Goku out of existence, p. much. Given that it's Evil Sailor Neptune, I assume she'd be even more likely to do something like that, unless the Galactica Bracelets are restricted. If that were the case, UIO Goku has ways around most of her other hax. Teleportation/dimension hopping is solved by Shunkan Idou/IT and (possibly) Vice Shout. Paralysis is undone by the fact that UIO Goku's limbs move of their own accord. As well, Goku has more experience and more skill at martial arts, especially in UIO.
