Does Golb resist existence erasure? And how high into 2-C is he?

Either way, GOLB seems to have the better abilities, but he doesn't have any combat feats. At least Zen'├Á actually has like one feat. But uh, what's their speeds at? Cause it's not equalized

Prismo's true form exists in a reality where it is timeless, assuming GOLB also does then yes, he resists existence erasure, I think on GOLB's page it was said (2-C "likely far higher" ), GOLB's speed is Nigh-Omnipresent (Exists in "every crevice where chaos lurks")
