As of episode 2 of Super Dragon Ball Heroes, Cooler can turn into a golden version of his final form, stating that "If [Frieza] can do it, so can I!"


We haven't really seen what he can do yet, but can we put Golden Cooler as a High 3-A based on scaling to golden Frieza.

Most Heros characters are 2B in base, scaling off Base Saiyans who are well above Tokitoki absorbed Demigra; who inturn is 2B. Every Heros character is above Xenoverse 1 Demigra thus in turn 2B as a base power ceiling.


Golden Cooler oneshot Berserk Goku who inturn one shotSsjB Vegeta who is equal to Ssjb Goku who is > Ssj4 Xeno Goku.


So by scale

Goldern Cooler>Berserk Goku>Ssjb Vegeta= Ssjb Goku>Ssj4 Xeno Goku> Base Xeno Goku > Final Form Demigra=2B
