Didn't know that she used it before, other water magic experts could probably do the same.

Although speed is equalized her time magic will be a problem from that distance.

Stagnation: A domain creating magic that consist in the creation of a fifty meters radius domain around Meiru in which the time of those she choose get slowed down. The slowing is so great that those comparable to her which can move at superhuman velocities, get slowed to a normal person’s walking speed, which at practical effects make them move at a snail’s pace at Meiru eyes. While initially the domain have a fifty meters radius, she can increase it's range.
