My vote is for Paragoomba. He is on a much higher end of 10-C. @PaChi2, both are bloodlusted, so that's not a valid reason.

Goomba takes every category except maybe flight (since you said he has nothing), so I'd say Goomba wins. Pikmin being bloodlusted would send him right into battle, Goomba would shake him off, without Olimar Pikmin proceeds to get killed.
