Read Gumball's profile. He does NOT have resistance to Plot Manipulation.
And, even if he himself resisted it, Announcer sells Gumball's equipment with a thought, and atomizes Gumball from there with a mere spear stab or acid tear.

Announcer is a Speaker Box, as in, a ROBOT. Therefore, he isnt affected by Mind Manipulation.
Even if he did get affected by it, especially giving Gumball prior knowledge here, Announcer only needs to think to win.
Sorry, but you never proved anything wrong. You failed to point out how Gumball can get through budget cuts. Unless you show me actual scans (videos or images), that is.

Im adding this. Grace is over.
And so, with Gumball defeated, Announcer cancels TAWOG. In its replacement, he had the idea if he could replace it with Battle for Dream Island here on Cartoon Network...
