Penny has acrobatics but Raph can fight people who have that as well and should reasonably have it himself.

He would surprise how good martial art skill she is and he play along with her

untill he sense something strong in her that he need to avoid her grabbing (She stronger than him)

He try not harm her with his sai and keep distant and use superhero acrobatic untill 30 sec

and he just knock her out after that with out killing her

his master would not allow him killing citizen like her (She use bare hands)

Ralp knew about wrestling culture and how to fight it but Penny is the strongest He never met in Death Battle setting
