And You (Event where Captain gained the power of the Boundary thus making the low 1-C rating of Eternals, Tweyen, Seox, and Seofon flat out 1-C as they do scale with him. Lastly, there is also a lore indicating that the Boundary is indeed 1-C/7D as I will explain below)

It is different on a fundamental level that neither the Skies nor the Stars/Astrals can do anything about it. and it's not about strength but rather a whole other dimension
It is not about strength or weakness but the difference of such that they would need something of equivalent dimensional power to defeat or harm it.
This puts Otherworld solidly into 6D for being fundamentally different than Astrals and Sky-dwellers which is beyond their capacity and would actually require a dimensional power equivalent to Otherworld.
Yet Concepts beyond their scope are something they cannot handle such as. The Free will of the living to continue fighting and moving forward is granted by the Omnipotent to his creation allowing those with unyielding will to even resist and defy the Otherworld and the Universe.
Finally. It was confirmed that the Boundary is the First God's Power (Omnipotent). meaning it is on an equivalent level as Etemenanki and Holy Seat Genesis. and it was later shown that despite Otherworlder's ability to Transcend dimensional barriers, Space, and Time they cannot reach Etemenanki, Holy Seat Genesis, and the Boundary until they finally built a bridge that connects them to it.
Astral Realm - 4 Spatial Axes + Time [5D]
Otherworld - Fundamentally superior to other dimensions making weakness and strengths irrelevant | 6D
Boundary - Trivializes Astral and Sky-realm treating their timeline as simultaneously happening or like singular. Despite the Otherworld's capability to transcend dimension, space, and time they are incapable of reaching it and are said to be the First God's Power (Omnipotent) which Encompasses the Otherworld as well but is unbound by it. | 7D

this goes into a scaling territory but so far we only got implications that these happened deeper into the future
So I'd settle with a Likely rating of 1-C over a full one just in case as this is the only direct proof it has to gain that rating which is a big leap (4-A to 1-C) and I don't believe it is solid yet it was heavily implied and important as how they established Branching Timeline and Parallel timelines and Ebisu's & Kikuri's Power.
Do note: This mostly just affects ratings of AP and Durability. Hax potency/range scaling is another can of worms so I would like to discuss that on a separate thread (possibly never)

- Sky-realm Regular branching multiverse universe (3D+Time). [4D]
- Astral Realm - Higher dimension with 4 spatial axes + time(5D)
[To summarize primal beasts are said to be higher dimensional existence with power originating from a higher plane than the physical one. Their data is so massive that Ellis who can perceive time across past present and future(Hyperdimensional perception on T-axis) as 3D and sees 3 dimensions as flat was overloaded by information of primal beast which implies a level equal if not larger than regular spacetime that Ellis is capable of Perceiving]
These 4-dimensional primal beasts are only tools and are inferior to Astrals and the power they have originated from Astrals.
Another Primal Beast Akasha is created by Astral who stores the entire History of Sky-realm and can even work outside the History of Sky-realm and is completely unaffected by it and is capable of changing history without affecting itself - Otherworld/Crimson Horizon. The canvas from where Sky-realm is created. Also contains timelines from every dimension (Including Astral Realm's current assumption based on statements) as it contains the timeline of Astral Realm and has denizens who completely transcends dimensional barrier, space, and time and can reach any dimension as long as death exists as a bridge to it. 6D by superiority over Astral Realm
- Boundary. The power of God. Treats all of the time as happening simultaneously (Past present and future happening all at once. Thus Temporal omnipresence and Causality are singular). Orologia possessed timelines of Both the Sky-realm and Astral Realm and has 576,000,000 full simulated timelines of the Astral Realm and Sky-realm as information inside his/her personality where he/she exist temporally omnipresent in the real world and these simulations. The Boundary is a place that Orologia can only connect by using himself/herself as an Axis and by doing so Gains access to its power which allowed her to create these simulations. although these simulations ended. these simulations still exist within him/her even while no longer connected to the boundary. and needed the power of the boundary to completely reset her personality wiping it clean including the simulations stored within. Furthermore, one of Orologia's items implies that the boundary is beyond the bounds of dimension as this place treats Orologia as singular which already contains multiple timelines of both 4D and 5D. It is currently 6D by superiority over Someone larger than Astral Realm's timeline
- Etemenanki - A place and a barrier made from a power that Encompasses both Otherworld and Worldly (Chaos and Providence) creations yet outside of it. Simple enough it is like a brane that covers even Otherworld thus making it 7D

Scaling in Continuity Conclusion
Now in regards to continuity. I'm still skeptical about it yet it was shown on those continuity that Captain struggled and put up his best effort to fight Off Automagod Diasporathis goes into a scaling territory but so far we only got implications that these happened deeper into the future
