Gravity Falls CRT: GIFfany and Rumble McSkirmish Re-Evaluation

So here's the deal. GIFfany and Rumble McSkirmish are considered 10-C, but recent changes in R>F transcendence, although wanky and causing many people to play Whack-a-Mole with many characters, had reduced entities seen as fiction to entities seen as normal people to 11-A at most. Personally, I see reasons why these two can be considered 11-A, but for GIFfany, I can also see why she wouldn't be considered as such.

Reasons for 11-A Rumble McSkirmish

  • Rumble McSkirmish is clearly seen as a video game character from an arcade machine, specifically a Street Fighter parody.
  • Unlike GIFfany, Rumble requires a cheat code to get anywhere near the real world.

Reasons for 11-A GIFfany

- GIFfany is clearly shown to be a video game character, specifically a game similar to Doki Doki Literature Club (although at the time she made her debut, nobody was even remotely aware of Doki Doki yet)

Reasons Against 11-A GIFfany

  • GIFfany had shown multiple times to be able to interact with the real world, both in concept art and in the show. GIFfany had attacked a developer who tried to undo his work on GIFfany and had traveled through actual 3D entities: power lines. GIFfany made a robot dog work without even trying. When shit got real, GIFfany even walked through arcade cabinets within other fictional worlds while possessing an animatronic. Showings of GIFfany walking alongside the animatronic she was possessing would show that GIFfany had a clear influence on technological entities from Gravity Falls' idea of the real world. A concept art of her even showed GIFfany physically reaching out into the real world through the screen.: https://gravityfalls.fandom.com/wiki/.GIFfany/Gallery#Artwork
Whoever made the show clearly intended for GIFfany to be capable of consciously interacting with the "real world" of the Gravity Falls verse.
  • While Rumble McSkirmish is bound by his code, the only association GIFfany had with her code is a failsafe implemented within the game, and said failsafe could only be done through physical destruction of her game disc. Even then, destroying her disc only managed to (painfully) detach her from her code.
  • Despite the destruction of her game disc, which melted an entire animatronic by the way, the physical copy of Journal 3 shows that GIFfany had still survived and decided to date Rumble McSkirmish. Normally any amount of destruction to a 3D entity would infinitely eviscerate a 2D entity and yet GIFfany survived a chain reaction event that melted a FNaF animatronic.
  • I mean come on; Bill Cipher's burning the entire second dimension down out of pure boredom; how the frick can 2-dimensional entities exist after that incident?

So with that, I hope re-evaluation would help decide these two's entities.

A reason I can see for GIFfany not being 11-A is that Soos had his computer unplugged when he put the game in so technically she powered up a entire computer as just a disc.

GIFfany shouldn’t be 11-A, she has numerous feats of her affecting the real world with her hax and powers, such as powering an off computer, and killing a developer who attempted to shut her down

This might sound like a meme but how many watt hours would GIFFanny be able to produce from powering Soos's computer from how long he was playing the game?

So looking at this, it seems that many people agree that Rumble McSkirmish should be 11-A. GIFfany, on the other hand, seems to be up for debate, but everyone agrees that she shouldn't be 11-A. Logically the next steps are... Well, aside from getting any staff support (which seems to be nonexistent as only Elizhaa remains out of all staff members who support the series), working out what GIFfany should be.

1. Mazdoesstuff said that GIFfany should be straight-up 9-C due to, well, killing a developer.
2. GIFfany has the feat of just powering Soos computer from her existence, which requires 200 watt-hours (720,000 joules) to do. This would give GIFfany straight-up 9-B, and GIFfany can still pretty easily do stuff like power a robot dog while in her own game.

A robot dog typically runs on a 3.7 volt, 500 milliamp-hour battery: (Listing for robot dog here)

Based on what I can tell, one amp-hour is 3600 Coulombs, so the battery would run on 1800 coulombs of electricity. According to this, 1 volt is one joule per coulomb: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volt

As such, to power the robot dog, GIFfany would need this much energy.:

3.7*1800=6660 joules

Just GIFfany doing that was worth 6660 joules. That and GIFfany killing a man could be likened to an electric chair (http://www.capitalpunishmentuk.org/chair.html ; which is designed to swiftly kill people), which typically goes for 12750 to 18000 watts (12750 to 18000 joules per second). Since we go off how much energy is used within a second, GIFfany killing a person would amount to her being Street Level+ to Wall Level through that feat. Basically her electricity amounts to this.:

Powering a Robot Dog: 6600 joules (Street level)
Killing a Man: 12750 to 18000 joules per second (Street Level+ to Wall Level)
Powering an Ordinary Desktop Computer: 720000 joules (Wall Level)

Really, her powering a computer just by existing and casually using her powers to do smaller stuff like powering a robot dog and killing a man makes her more firmly Wall Level than Street Level.
