I think this verse is basically done after all the Book of Bill additions (despite these came in pretty late), so these are last things that'd fix the last remnants of this verse.
Tier 8 main cast is bad
As discussed here, both the 8-B+ and the 8-C calcs are invalid, for the following reasons:
If you look closely, the explosion wasn't generated from inside the robot, but from the outside, making the whole premise of the calc bunk. Besides, it wouldn't make sense to make Gideon scale to the feat, as the Gideon-bot was potrayed as physically far stronger than the rest of the cast, but Gideon took the explosion with no damage, while the Gideon-bot was destroyed from it.
Though the calc will still be usable, but not for the main cast, as I'll explain a bit later below.
Because of these, the aforementioned Tier 8 feats are unusable for the humans, and the cast should be all downgraded from 8-B+ to the new 9-A recalc, with all of them being now 0.017 Tons. Rumble instead will go back to 0.023 Tons from his calc, due to him being potrayed as absurdly stronger than Dipper, taking minimal damage from him and easily stomping him in the episode.
That and a new 9-C feat for Dipper and Mabel. A bit useless but ok for indexing purposes.

McGucket things
Given that this man has some interesting inventions, I thought that just upscaling them from the main cast isn't really alright, so I calced them.
Turns around, I was a bit right. The Gooblewonker has a stated weight of 15 Tons, making whatever attempt at calcing it useless, but the Gideon-bot is 0.037 Tons. Both of them, while still 9-A, are still higher than the value that Dipper scales from.
Plus the justification for Class 25 LS should be changed with this, as just being this heavy is not enough, but we see the thing jump, implying that it can physically make that much force as well. Gideon-bot instead should have Class K, given that it could easily run really fast, climb on a cliff or jump with its 315.605 Tons of weight, other than also having a Class 25 feat on its own.
While the speed for them should be Relativistic+ in terms of combat for kinda... obvious reasons, travel speed should be instead Superhuman, as his inventions could keep up with speeding boats and buses.
Plus both of these should get Type 0 Large Size for obvious reasons too.
Also add a "8-C at destruction" to Gideon-bot. Given it still did generate said explosion when it got destroyed (alongside giving it Explosion Manipulation for the same reason)
Thus, McGucket's second key should be something like this: "Varies, up to 9-A normally, 8-C at destruction, 1-B at peak"
Also he should have "All the powers and abilities of the Shacktron" under his Preparation of obvious reasons.

He should have The Gideon-bot as part of his equipment, as it was literally the point of the episode.

This dude is so lacking in abilities that it's scary.
As he has all the abilities and weapons of the Time Police, he has these:

I am lowkey sick of him too, but he too has to get something from this.
Reality Warping re-do and Chaos Manipulation addition
First, his Reality Warping justification is beyond terrible, so I have something to fix it, with a better wording!
While it didn't change much, I've corrected several typos, some outdated information, and made it generally more readable.
Also added Chaos Manipulation, as Bill's entire thing is to cause chaos, disorder and make existence without any kind of logic. This is textbook Chaos Manipulation despite not being directly stated.

Higher Dimensional Existence is back (sort of)
HDE was pretty much removed here, but I think the reason is pretty dumb.
The reason behind the removal was that Bill had never achieved this, and became only 3D, without never achieving actual HDE.
While this is true, the OP completely ignored that Bill described being 2-Dimensional as worse than being chained, and by "liberating" also his dimension, all said restrictions would go away.
Because of this, I'd like to re-add it, but only as "potentially", as while it's pretty much implied, we have never seen this aspect of Weirdmageddon being used. Because of this, it shouldn't be assumed that Bill already starts in HDE, but can ascend it later on, with the reason of him being stuck in 3D is because of the barrier that prevents Weirdmageddon to spread outside Gravity Falls.
Justification would be this:

Bill gets some Time Baby stuff
Considering that Bill Cipher stated to have been able to manipulate time after killing Time Baby, and "Time Manipulation" in Gravity Falls is an umbrella term for a bunch of different abilities like Time Travel, he should be able to also get the following powers that Time Baby also gets from this CRT:

Dipper thing
This one is in singular. Dipper should have Age Manipulation through Equipment, because of him having temporairly to the Chrono Blasters too, and having used it as well. Not anything too deep about it.

Currently they're "At least 5-B, possibly 3-C" off this:
However, I do think that they should be instead "At least 5-B, likely 3-C, possibly higher", as they should both scale above Pyronica who wants to burn down the whole universe (as she's just one of Bill's minions after all), making it more likely that he's able to output cosmic degrees of destruction this vast. Stuff on his profile would be like this:
- 9-A, higher with the Gideon-bot (with the justification being "Far stronger than Gideon himself, managing to easily overpower Dipper and Mabel and throw away the former. Caused a small landslide with a single punch. Can easily crush a car with his fist"), with the 8-C at destruction too.
- Have Gideon-bot get Type 2 Inorganic Physiology, Type 0 Large Size and Explosion Manipulation (it really is a haxless brick sadly).
- LS should be "Class 10, Class K with Gideon-bot"
- Despite being only 10 years old, Gideon is already extremely popular and influential thanks his charm. This allows him to appear in advertisements and TV commercials, have access to confidential information such as a celebrity's phone number, threaten his father to buy and sell him, or cause the instant cancelation of an ongoing deal. Has also great ability in manipulating the masses, as shown by him fooling almost the entire public in thinking he's a real psychic, making his fans instantly appear by simply parking his camper, convince the town that he's in the right in taking away in the Mystery Shack, or befriending all of his fellow inmates in the state prison, becoming even their boss shortly after escaping from it.

This dude is so lacking in abilities that it's scary.
As he has all the abilities and weapons of the Time Police, he has these:
- Age Manipulation (Upscales from the Chrono-blasters, which can reverse the age of the molecules, causing the target to become far younger, like fruits becoming seeds, glass becoming sand, or adult living beings like humans or T-Rexes becoming their baby selves)
- Temporal BFR and Telekinesis (Telekinetically lifted Blendin and sent him to the past)
- Time Stop (Implied to have selectively stopped time for anyone but Dipper, Mabel, Blendin and Soos)
- Biological Manipulation and Technology Manipulation (Disabled Blendin's handcuffs and made his hair grow back)
- Reality Warping, Causality Manipulation, Healing, Creation and Organic Manipulation (Can grant wishes, which can change events in time without causing paradoxes, heal wounds or create a "slice of infinite pizza", which can regrow infinitely as long as the one who wished it eats it)
- Non-Physical Interaction, Sound Manipulation and Vibration Manipulation (Physically clashed against Bill Cipher. Stated to be able to devour time. His burps can be measured on the Richter scale, and should be above the Time Pirate T-Rex, who has a "time-shaking thud")
- Holographic Projection (Can project holograms out of his forehead, such as the fabric of existence)
- Likely Explosion Manipulation and Time-based Summoning (Can probably use time explosions, which can summon random beings and objects from different points of time)
- Likely Electricity Manipulation (Likely caused lightning bolts to suddenly appear in the sky)
- Idk, maybe still Telekinesis? (Can supposedly manipulate Earth's rotation)

Reality Warping re-do and Chaos Manipulation addition
First, his Reality Warping justification is beyond terrible, so I have something to fix it, with a better wording!
Reality Warping, Law Manipulation, Causality Manipulation, Physics Manipulation, and Enhanced Empowerment (Weirdmageddon, the event that Bill caused and controls: Ford stated that Bill's powers grows stronger with every minute, it is considered to be an apocalypse and can possibly affect the multiverse, it can send waves of Weirdness which can make objects come to life, spawn random beings, transmute beings and objects, change the size of beings to insane degrees, bring game characters and two dimensional beings to the third dimension and several other logic breaking effects. Bill states that "Meaning has no Meaning" and that "Existence is upside down", Madness Bubbles are shown to warp the shows animation by changing the very fabric of reality. after the Bubble is gone he states he will rewrite the reality from any kind of law and causality system, which is supported by his powers being used to play ping-pong with a planet and break logic all together)
Reality Warping, Chaos Manipulation, Law Manipulation, Causality Manipulation, Physics Manipulation, and Enhanced Empowerment (Is the origin of the Weirmageddon, an event that is meant to disrupt the stability and order of reality itself through removing any kind of restriction, law, physics, and causality system, and can control it, with some of its effect being "that "Meaning has no Meaning" and that "Existence is upside down", other than his powers growing stronger with every minute through it and being called a "chaos god". Can send waves of Weirdness, which make objects come to life, spawn random beings, transmute beings and objects, change the size of beings to insane degrees, bring two-dimensional game characters to the third dimension, and other impossible effects. Can use Madness Bubbles, which can warp the show's animation by changing the very fabric of reality, other than being able to turn planets in giant ping-pong balls and break logic entirely)
While it didn't change much, I've corrected several typos, some outdated information, and made it generally more readable.

Possibly implied of being able to ascend to higher dimensions, due to him describing being 2-Dimensional as more limitating than chains, with him intending to "liberate" Stanford's dimension through eliminating all the restrictions and laws from all of reality if the barrier limitating the effects of Weirdmageddon to just the town gets broken, with the overall cosmology inhabiting even 11-Dimensional aliens)

Pre-Weirdmageddon Bill and Time Baby's tier upgrade
Currently they're "At least 5-B, possibly 3-C" off this:
At least Planet level (Fought Time Baby, with their battle destroying six planets and Time Baby being expelled from the Nightmare Realm, causing the Chicxulub Impact Event. Crashed two planets together to "make them kiss"), possibly Galaxy level (Heavily implied to be able to destroy galaxies, although the exact circumstances on how he would do that are unknown)
However, I do think that they should be instead "At least 5-B, likely 3-C, possibly higher", as they should both scale above Pyronica who wants to burn down the whole universe (as she's just one of Bill's minions after all), making it more likely that he's able to output cosmic degrees of destruction this vast.
