I'd rather be looking at Ryuko here, she's casually a higher AP, Reactive evolution, A pretty complicated regen to manage at level, Groudon also has an edge on range and ranged attack

Sooo I've been wondering, have we solved the issue for base form Weather Trio regarding their AP in numerical value? Because IIRC Lina calc'd Groudon and Kyogre ORAS feats and got nowhere near High 6-A. Kyogre's control of the totality of oceans and the ability to flood an entire planet is only ~19 petatons I believe. So we decided to scale them to the Regis, who each scales to 1/3 of Regigigas's 370.44 petatons.

TL;DR: Kyogre and Groudon are each 370.44 petatons for scaling from the Regis who scale to Regigigas, correct?
