Charles Choi says Gun Park's genius is constantly evolving. Isn't this a reactive evolution?

(Gun Park is an training genius)

It's Accelerated Development if anything, but based on this scan alone, we don't even know how quickly he does it, and specifically, in what gets better, making it unclear if it's "accelerated" since, generally, anyone can get better and "evolve" through training.

Charles choi says CONSTANTLY so it's clear how quickly he did it

Constantly = something that keeps repeating itself

Quickly = something that happens fast, or with little delay

??

It doesn't matter how fast it develops, it's constantly evolving.
I mean, if you argue Accelerated development, it does:
Accelerated Development is the ability to raise one's statistics and/or abilities at a much faster pace than a normal character in the setting is able to.

If you argue for Reactive Evolution, then it has nothing to do with how quickly someone grew. It's more about developing counters when facing obstacles.

EDIT: for Gun, I believe an argument can be made for the former, but not with this scan alone.

  • Passive: The character can train by doing either nothing in particular, only everyday activities or things that they can constantly do at the side during everyday life.

This doesn't even come close to being an EE, it's just AD and limited to its skills since Charles refers to Gun's "Genius", not his physique. Also, as they said before, there's no way to measure how fast he does it; we only know that he does it constantly through training. That's what it literally says.

My friend Gun's genius training

Gun really deserve Accelerated Development, but a better argument must be made, with more scans.

Gun is the "genius of training" who, at the best efficinecy, train both his body anf both his skills, to the point he reached so much martial art knowledge that a guy who can replicate technique after a single glance took an entire month to copy Gun, and yet Gun is better than him. But again, this shit needs more scan and a better constructed argument. Saying he progresively trains is nowhere enough, otherwise any character would have AD.

Gun Park is one of Charles Choi's 10 geniuses. So he is say there not for his intelligence but for his training intelligence
I agree with Zefra. Gun could have AD, but you need to make the argument more solid, something more direct than just a few ambiguous phrases about "boosting his Genius."

I agree i want to support this argument with: At first Gun Park is seriously trying to hit Johan and is surprised when Johan reacts (He dodged it?) and says something like this. Johan says it's easy and then questions whether Gun has always been this good, clearly establishing his superiority.

After Gun gets up from the ground, we can see that he has clearly gained strength. He uses his broken arm and can catch Johan's attacks and hit him easily.

This isn't AD. Gun takes the fight with Johan seriously and starts using power-ups like Threshold Strength. During the fight, Johan also realizes that Gun is in adrenaline mode, very similar to heat mode.
