There is a feat i don't know what ability it can give which is this one;

The character in question knew she was being spied, but the thing is, the feat was done out of nowhere, she knew without any logical process nor knowledge of her being spied, she also did not see any device on her clothing nor in the wall that can be seen, she even mentioned the name of the person who was listening to her

I was thinking this could be info analysis, but then, a friend of mine said that gut feelings can also be enhanced senses, but in case it is, which one is it?

The "a few hints" implies she left the trail of information that "Watanabe" followed, knowing that she would, so this is her just knowing (or assuming) she'd be listening in. If not, it'd be ESP.

Hina has no idea that Watanabe is a spy nor does she know she has "spy" abilities or past

Hina did not hear any conversation between Hana Mitani and Watanabe about Watanabe being sent to investigate Hina
