Sasuke doesn't use Genjutsu from the start. And he likely gets haxed to death before he ever bothers to. Not to mention......she has resistance.

Resistance not immunity. Also we don't even know what she uses in character as well as the fact that Sasuke should one shot her because this Sasuke is supposed to be 7A as well scaling to Ay

No it's not. It's a situational move for him. Out of all his fights he's only once started with Genjutsu and that was to gauge what his opponent could do. Any other time he used it was either non combative, as a response to Genjutsu, or to make an opening way later in a fight.M3X said:

Gwenpool should take this. Her hax is more than enough to tangle with and beat Sasuke. Her telepathy will let he know what he's up to better than his sharingan precog can to her.

Because that's not how the plot hax works... she cannot guarantee her win with it, only not die forever, as well as the fact she can't control it.
