Looking at the picture, I think that Gipsy Danger is the more maneuverable and balanced robot. The HWR looks like it's built for long range warfare, not mid to close range combat. Gipsy is able to fight in both short and long range, and if he ever closes the gap with its more maneuverable design, then it might just win.
