Magnus is starting with Willpower Manipulation, and if HABIT's resistant to it, then Magnus' already in trouble. He would immediately try BFR, but if HABIT's teleportation good enough, he would come back. After that, Magnus'd use his Matter Manipulation and destroy HABIT at an atomic level.

Also, we need speed equalized, as Magnus' Magical Amplification is passive.

Result: Magnus via Matter Manipulation.

I mean, 9-C HABIT is literally HABIT in a host body, and Willpower Manipulation won't work on a Low 2-C probably.

Also is Magnus destroys the first host, I think HABIT can come back through another body? Haven't seen much of EverymanHYBRID though.

HABIT's Type 6 might be a problem... But SPN guys have spells which can stop beings from scaping their bodies. So, if Magnus manages to do one of these after HABIT comes back, and then turns the host into a hamster or similar, then he can still win.

I'm pretty sure SBA dictates that both chars are at their peak in all other fashions other than the stuff stated in the OP.

So True HABIT should be Low 2-C.

SPN "sealing" spell works on angels and even on archangels. They were said to be multidimensional beings, but ehh... If Magnus can't affect HABIT's True Form and if he'll barely keep coming back after Magnus wrecks him, then it's Inconclusive

Not sure if Magnus' BFR is going to work here, considering HABIT can teleport himself and other people to alternate dimensions and throughout time, and beings similar to him can bring people to a realm which lies beyond time and space
