Shouldn't they be higher because of that Ghost Game episode where that new rookie hurts Clockmon twice? Clockmon whom can move thru history and is basically Digimon Dialga / Father Time?

Nope. that's an average Clockmon, not the manager of time one. We gave it two keys for a reason. There are too many anti feats of scaling time keeper Clockmon to average champions.
About Gammamon, Ghost Game rookies scales to adult/champion level due to multiple feats.

Another Digimon vs Danny Phantom match that's blatant stomp... Digimon have Smurf had that Danny can't deal with and the later rounds are so much of a stomp it's stupid. I'm closing this.
