• Calculation:
So like the title of the link said, Hannibal splintered all the bones of a man's body, and clicking the link leads to the break a bone calc in the common feats page. Which I found wrong, because that's literally all the bones so why are we only using the calc of one
=> Conclusion: breaking all the bones calc should be used with Lecter himself upgraded to 9-B.

I agree, tbh, I don't know why this feat was never considered Wall

I wouldn’t even be surprised if this is Phoenixek on his alt account trolling.

Because it's explicitly listed at 9.92 KJ, which is below wall level.
But the 9.92 KJ feat isn't the same as his. The 9.92 KJ feat is breaking one bone, probably a strong one. While Hannibal feat is stated to be breaking all bones

How is that 9-B? If he broke each bone individually, how would that make him 9-B? Secondly, the 9.92 kJ value comes from a source that states this "
A bone of a deceased 52-year-old woman only required 375 Joules of energy when the force was applied within five degrees of the orientation of the collagen fibers. But the force increased exponentially when they applied it at anything over 50 degrees away from that orientation, up to 9920 Joules when they applied a nearly perpendicular force." We don't even know at what angle the bones were broken, let alone if he did so physically or with weapons.

The feat of him "breaking all the bones" is invalid because we have no idea how Hannibal actually did it. Throughout all of his shown kills, he always uses weapons, so there's no reason to assume he did it with just his physical strength. The only interpretation you can really make is that he used a weapon to break the bones too, which just further proves he's not even Street Level+.
