Sukuna is currently in a really weird position with how his final key works for WCS, ten shadows, and true form.

Sukuna is the exception to it pretty sure. Another match restricted both Ten Shadows and World cutting slash for Heian Sukuna and it got accepted

I am really doubting this if there were 3 entire thread moderators that have participated in these Sukuna matches and have not once said it was not allowed to restrict it. 2 of them being JJK supporters.
