Hello again, another hi3 crt yayyy...
Early game AP upgrades
So currently we accept Welt and Sirin as 4-A during the second eruption from this crt, with this scan positing that the first and second herrscher can create bubble worlds the size of solar systems (4-A amounts of energy). In that crt and also the scan it brought up a sort of orders of magnitude scaling when talking about herrschers, specifically that later herrschers would have more energy than previous herrschers such as welt and sirin and should realistically be able to create bubble worlds like them with those amount of energy.
This brings us to the 3rd and 4th herrschers, Mei and Wendy. We'll start with wendy since im not sure if anyone wants to just flat out make a new key for mei or what we should do with this. Wendy being the 4th Herrscher should be stronger than or at least comparable to base welt and sirin from the second eruption who scale to 4-A due to orders of magnitude. This will make the BoS trio who fought wendy 4-A (first key kiana mei and bronya) as well as Fu Hua who upscales from the trio, Theresa and Murata Himeko aswell (when they get profiles).
I'm open to suggestions about Mei on whether or not she should get a new key or not or if we should just ignore it since prior to wendy her herrscher side doesnt do stuff aside from diff random welt joyce clones but her herrscher side should scale with the orders of magnitude aswell.
Some hax addition mostly inverse stuff
Early game Kiana Mei and Pheonix Fu Hua should have Herrscher level Honkai Energy resistence.
Kiana is able to handle the gem of serenity and withstand having sirin's Herrscher core in her body
Mei should have it for similar reasons to Kiana as she holds the 3rd Herrscher core in her body
Fu Hua's case is a bit different but not too complicated. Fu Hua possess the Fenghuang Down, a Divine key made from the core of the previous Herrscher of Sentience. Whenever Fu Hua's body dies she is able to use the Fenghua Down to keep project her soul in what is known as her "pheonix form" while her body heals itself. The Fenghuang down being a Divine key made from a herrscher core should grant it and the pheonix form Herrscher level Honkai manipulation and resistance as well as granting Fu hua Immortality type 8 as well as some indication of her changing into her pheonix key in keys that she possesses the Fenghuang down (Valkyrie Acceipter). Fu Hua should also get immortality type 3 from her MANTIS genes in her Valkyrie Acceipter key which are already accepted in other keys im not sure why it wasnt applied to this one tho
Conclusion
Due to the orders of magnitude of herrchers, Wendy and anyone scaling from her should be upgraded to 4-A since the later herrschers are stronger than the ones that come before them
Kiana and Mei will get herrscher level honkai resistence with fu hua getting immortality type 8 and i guess transformation Via the fenghuang down as well as herrscher level honkai manipulation and resistance for her pheonix key and immortality type 3 for her valkyrie acceipter key
