Is there like a real power difference between the naming convention of just being stated "High 1-A+" and a "High 1-A+ type 1"?

There is no such thing as "High 1-A+" followed by "High 1-A+ Type 1" and then "High 1-A+ Type 2".
High 1-A+ : all possible worlds.
Icl the idea of Type 1 and Type 2 can be confusing. Here is a simple way to understand it:
  • Type 1: A being that affects all possible worlds.
  • Type 2: A being that IS all possible worlds.
Think of it like this:
Imagine a circle that contains all possible contents (all possble worlds).
If a being can affect that entire contents of the circle, that would be Type 1.
If a being is the circle itself (encompassing all that exists) then it's Type 2.
In short, remember it as:
Type 1 = affects all possible worlds
Type 2 = is all possible worlds

Extra Elyar Notes:
1)It would be a disqualifier to exist outside all possible worlds (unless tier 0).
2)There can only be one "all possible worlds". meaning a verse cannot have multiple Type 2 beings or structures.

yea it was just more on the question of if someone like akuto who is just stated high 1-A+ would be weaker then someone from WoD who has high 1-A+ type 1 but the notion of it having type 1 mentioned for the character, but i got the answer now.
No, all High 1-A+ are either Type 1 or 2.
