How? Look. A quick explanation of how to reach Azathoth level 1. Think of a High 1-B construct. 2. Think of a character who trascends a character who trascends the High 1-B construct. You'll have a baseline 1-A. 3. Think of infinite steps each one trascending the past one being the first one the 1-A. The last one will be 1-A+ 4. Think of a character completely external and trascendant over that 5. Repeat step 3 again 6. Repeat step 4 again Done. You have a Tier 0 (someone else said this, not me)
