The Hidden Library is infinite in dimension and constantly folds in upon itself under the weight of its own density. It contains every scrap of knowledge, every thought of every creature across space and time. The books, parchments and scrolls that line its ever-folding walls are bound with chains of magical fire; row upon row, shelf upon shelf, stretching into the imponderable recesses of Tzeentch's lair. Countless Pink Horrors and Blue Horrors creep and crawl here, tending the vast collection of The Hidden Library. The grimoires chatter to their keepers, trapping the Horrors in webs of deceit and scandal so that the Daemons eventually fade into the substance of the predatory library itself.

Gork n' Mork should also be on that level due to being stronger than the chaos gods

"infinite in dimension" in this context is more referring to the fact that it is a realm of infinite size, which isn't necessarily High 1-B.

Does it say anywhere else that the libary is infinite in size? Otherwise I assume it refers to amount of dimensions

Well, everything in the Warp is technically infinite in size, as size and space are meaningless, there. Constructs are what the beings who create them want them to be.

Which includes Tzeentch being able to make an infinite dimensional library, which he did.

As I've discussed before, this is part of what makes the Chaos Gods so hard to accurately tier. For instance, Tzeentch's realm does not stretch through nine dimensions because that's the limit of Tzeentch's power. It's because Tzeentch is obsessed with the number nine. The nature of the Warp means things get pretty confusing in terms of power.

It should be "possible High 1-B" 'since it's hard to say for sure.

If thing was not certain then leave him with his current Tier alone is the best case scenario, also Tzeentch can be scaled to other chaos god so if he high 1-B then the other will also be high 1-B (if I not wrong he once the strongest until 3 of them gang up and force him gave up his power, now many say Khorne is the strongest)

@NJS

Tzeentch was supposedly strongest until the other three shattered him into a fraction of his full power. Though due to the nature of Warp fuckery, this also probably didn't happen, is happening, and will always happen, simultaneously.

That said, they're all on the same plane of existence, so yeah regardless they'd all be scaled to each other, similar to how the Eldar Gods scale to the Chaos Gods and the C'tan scale to the Eldar Gods.

I still don't support upgrading them to High 1-B. The statement doesn't seem to support infinite dimensional, just of infinite size.

@Prom

I agree, as I would want something very close to 100% solid for an upgrade.

The ratings we have currently can be considered a lowball (for instance, Tzeentch's realm is only 9-D because he is obsessed with the number 9 and thus wills it to be so, while the other Chaos Gods' realms would not be 9-D, despite them being equal to Tzeentch), but it is some of the most obvious and straightforward stuff we have.

That said, I am still looking for something that clearly defines the peak of their capabilities in the Warp.
