High 6-B Ho-Oh and Lugia???

This is only based off memory and if im wrong, it'll pretty much shut down the entire upgrade.

However, to my knowledge at least, creating storm clouds that are able to cover very big areas, like whole mountain ranges, would count as a High 6-A feat. If that's true, then maybe Ho-Oh could be upgraded via it's Rainbow Wing.

Rewatching the I Choose You movie, Ho-Oh's Rainbow Wing has a feat of creating dark storm clouds that cover at least one very big mountain range once it becomes corrupted. IIRC, the Rainbow Wing is only a fragment of Ho-Oh's power as obviously the feathers come from Ho-Oh. So if a single Rainbow Wing is capable of a High 6-A feat, assuming it's High 6-A at all, then Ho-Oh should be upgraded from this.

Obviously scales to Lugia if accepted but idk who else would get affected. Probably a more decent amount of legendaries.

Here they are. The dark energy of the Rainbow Wing even flows and darkens up the mountains and clouds around them. IDK if that makes this more impressive or not but thought it should be mentioned.

The wing's dark beam shoots into the sky, starting at 1:12:26.

The dark clouds are formed and the mountain gets filled at 1:12:37

. That means this was done in 11 seconds.

The funny thing is, I had a feeling High 6-B was possible lol.

And yeah Pikachu at full capacitiy not only defeated Marshadow and several other pokemon, but also destroyed those clouds. Seeing as it fought toe to toe with Marshadow, it and Ash were strong enough for Ho-Oh to make them the Rainbow Heros, and Ho-Oh saw them strong enough to be worth a battle (otherwise, why would a legendary waste it's time with fodder?), would it be legit for Pikachu or just an outlier?

Now, as far as Ho-Oh goes, could he overall be higher than High 6-B like maybe 6-A? I know the gap between them is big but this was done by just a single one of Ho-Oh's feathers and it's debatable that the Rainbow Wing when corrupted is weaker than a normal one. That should speak highly on how strong Ho-Oh really is.

Yup, definitely need to get Vortex's strom looked at again. Anyway, which Legendary Pokemon are being upgraded? Just Ho-oh and Lugia?.

Nah, probably a good amount of them. For instance:

-Marshadow (used the Rainbow Wing as a power source and regulates it's power whenever it's corrupted)

-Zeraora (Scales to the birds, Shaymin, plus IIRC in the new movie he fights Lugia and battles Pikachu who he himself has his own High 6-B feat)

-Bird Trio (Each are comparable to Lugia, who's Ho-Oh's equal)

-Beast Trio (IIRC, they scale to the birds)

-Celebi (defeated Suicune)

-Latias + Latios (comparable to Entei)

-Shaymin (via scaling from the Bird Trio)

-Manaphy (scales from Shaymin)

That should be all the Legendaries who'd scale. Now the bigger question is if we upgrade Pikachu who does a High 6-B feat from this too.

Wait, since when does 3rd form pokemon scale from Ashes Pikachu? If this was a random/wild Pikachu i'd understand, but this one is a specifically well trained Pikachu.

And there's too much going for Pikachu to honestly not make this an Outlier the way I see it at least.
