Discord's advantages:

Existence eraser (a BIG one), massive AP advantage (even Celestia stomps HIM in that area), likely limitless stamina, MID-HIGH REGEN

HIM:

At least x100 faster, dream manupulation, that's it honestly.

How this fight plays out:

Discord makes fun of HIM, HIM gets mad

HIM speedblitzes Discord punching him and using energy blasts,HIM sees that Discord can't get damaged physically so he tries to do every hax and Discord pretty much counters HIS hax with his.Discord gets bored, removes HIS claws and then annoys him for all eternity unless he goes straight for existence eraser.

Discord would not fear HIM so fear manupulation would not do much against someone like Discord.


This is pretty much a mouse (HIM) vs a Cat (Discord).
