THE HORROR TOURNAMENT

Hello everybody! In this tournament there will be a total of 12 participants that will fight until one will come out on top.
The rules:
  1. Every person has a choice of ONE fighter (including me).
  2. The only tier allowed is 9-B.
  3. EVERY character has to be HORROR.
  4. Every participant will have only his standard equipment. The only exception is if someone is 9-C (for example) and has an optional equipment that scales to 9-B, it's allowed.
  5. Standard equipment might be restricted and optional equipment might be granted to make the matches more balanced.
  6. The only speed gap accepted is by one level (for example, peak human and superhuman).
  7. The abilities that are restricted from this fight are Immortality type 4 (also known as Immortality via reincarnation or resurrection), anything higher than mid regen and BFR.
  8. The round will take place in an abandoned building of five stories inside a deep forest at midnight. Both characters will be positioned in a random place inside the building and they will know only the place where the opponent starts. If the character is too big to stay inside, it will be positioned outside of the building.
  9. The final round will take place in the Colosseum.
  10. The winner of every round will retain the memories of his last rounds.
  11. The participants will not have any prior knowledge unless stated otherwise.
  12. If the battle is inconclusive, then there will be a coin flip that will decide who will win.
  13. If someone wants to get out, his character will automatically lose and the other one will go on to the next round.

Between the low end of 9-C and the high end of 9-A, there's a difference in AP of 3486666x. You should probably limit this to a single tier
 
Btw, for the table, you just need to create two tables. That's what I did in my tournament
 
Maybe I could just create a table later on who fights who and then in the put in the other box the winner or something like that.

Will Mcdaniel is a whole is horror. It has a lot of comedy elements, sure, but it's horror. Space Circus itself has a lot of body horror elements, and uncanny is still a part of horror
 
Honestly, I have an idea. To make the rounds more interesting, couldn't I make so that every round, each winner retains the memories of the previous rounds that he won (if it's possible)? Mostly it won't change much, but I think it would be interesting.

Seems good, though it won't change much unless a verse has more than 1 character here

Btw, I think you should restrict other abilities, like insta-kill abilities and the higher levels of regeneration. Just Immortality type 4 isn't enough imo
 
For now, I'll limit any level of regeneration higher than mid and BFR. If there are any other things I should restrict, tell me.

PS: I think that more than Vecna having control, it would be The Mind Flayer, as also stated in his profile.
