Even if the Star Hill contains the power of the planet's wishes, nothing is ever stated in game to suggest that it has planetary durablity. It's kind of a similar case to the Master Emerald. The Master Emerald is easily shattered, however it contains power that allows characters to attain super forms, which I'm well aware have been speculated to be 5-A or 4-A on this wiki, even if the Master Emerald could be shattered with much less force. Essentially what I'm saying is that destroying Star Hill is NOT a feat for attack potency, and I feel as if the Super Mario RPG characters could use a downgrade.
