• Guy 2: Oh that was an inconsistency.
• Guy 3: Hey uhhh, Krillin is counted as planet level because he's stronger than Friea's men!
• Guy 2: What??? How strong are Frieza's men!?!?!?
• Guy 3: Stronger than Saiyan Saga Vegeta.
• Guy 1: So that makes them planet level?
• Guy 2: Apparently.
• Guy 3: Didn't Vegeta destroy a planet before he and Nappa got to Earth???
• Guy 2: OH YEAH!!!!
• Guy 1: Plus he destroyed it faster than Frieza destroyed Namek.
• Guy 3: And Vegeta couldn't beat Frieza...
• Guy 1: And he got shrek'd by Goku, Krillin, Gohan,, and the fat guy nobody cares about.... none of which were close to planet level at the time.
• Guy 3: Guy 2, explain!
• Guy 2: ......inconsistencies, lel.
• Guy 1: Inconsistencies..... let's abuse this to make Goku able to beat Superman!!!

1: The laser thing because he let his guard down. Basically the same thing happened against Majin Vegeta, and it was going back to a point made by Whis earlier in the movie that he had to be more serious while fighting and not let his guard down.

2: Krillin is at least Planet level due to being stronger than Saiyan Saga Vegeta. I agree his current rating of Large Planet level is probably too high.

3: Saiyan Saga Vegeta is Planet level because 1: Piccolo's Moon busting blast at the beginning of the Saiyan Saga was already calced at being close to Planet level and Vegeta so many times more powerful than that. He also was going to destroy Earth, and Goku who can sense Ki and who would know if he was bluffing or not took the threat seriously. There would also be absolutely no point in saying he could destroy the planet and attempting to do so if he couldn't actually do it. How would he have looked if it failed?

4: Frieza destroyed Planet Vegeta in an instant. He specifically stated that he held back his power on Namek at the last second.

5: Goku was Planet level at the time and all of the other Z Fighters were way above Beginning of Z Piccolo who was a casual Moon buster.

FnF is being retconned so the laser thing is not gonna happen anytime soon.

Why does this series have to be so poorly written xD So many inconsistencies.... there is literally NO reason FnF should be retconned unless they redo the events of it in Super and Goku doesn't get shrek'd by a laser there. How come it's all the things that make the characters seem weaker are the things that get labeled as "inconsistencies?" I smell bias in the air XD

Look even in Dragonball Goku was tanking an Island Busting attack from Piccolo later in the fight Goku defeated Piccolo and he thought Piccolo is unconscious but he wasn't Piccolo then fired a beam out of his mouth and he damaged Goku very badly with that attack and you know why ? Because he was caught off guard. Here another example: On Namek Vegeta told Krillin to attack him but Krillin said his attack would be to weak to hurt Vegeta then Vegeta said he'll decrease his power so that Krillin can hurt him and after Krillin attacked him Vegeta almost died. You understand ? Another example is Yamcha he kicked Saibamens ass and thought the Saibaman was dead and because he was caught off guard he died it's easy to understand. Not to forget that Whis in that Movie even said that Goku is to often Caught off guard then he slapped Goku and Goku screamed like a bitch. Also what's your problem with Krillin being Planet Level ? Ok from what i've seen so far i would put him at small planet level he's much stronger than Piccolo at the beginning of DBZ who destroyed the moon with no effort.
