In his page it says he has game breaking powers, and directly said that are stronger than Chara's. Where does these info come from?

How does Flowey has game breaking feat?

Flowey wrecks the game in similar fashion to Chara. The player has no access to any other save file and the game is empty (Apart from Omega Flowey).
Flowey also states in the begening of Genocide that his Omega Form > Chara with Frisk's Soul.
