how far do we take verse equalization

so, i woul like to ask how far do we take verse equalization

like, do we assume in a fight wwith a naruto character that the enemie has chakra pathways?

or do we equalize things like aura (rwby) and ki (dragon ball) despite them working differently?

it doesent really answer my question though, like, how do we equalize to tipes of main energies that work pretty differently in two verses

Depends on the mechanics of said energy within the verse

A prime example would be how we treat Haki due to how it functions we don't and can't equalize it to Chi groups such as Ki, Chakra, Magic etc.

As for the example you gave I'm unsure if we can equalise Aura to Chakra as its only a physical manifestation of one's soul, so it doesn't really fall into a Chi group.

so say, we have chakra from naruto, and it has spiritual energy in it, can we equalize THAT with aura?

Basically if someone's ability relies on chi to attack another's chi then the results should be the same due to verse equalization unless specifically stated that chi does not exist in the other verse

Aura from RWBY has no effect on other verses since although aura would exist in characters from other verses due to verse equalization it would mean nothing since it wasn't activated nor does any ability in RWBY specifically affect the aura of another character.

Ki, chi, aura, soul, and etc. are interchangeable in that aspect since different verses portray them in different ways

but say a guy with powernull towards his verses energy fights a rwby character, can he powernull the forcefield?

Got to be specific about the energy. He could nullify chakra which would not nullify aura. However if he could nullify any ability/power then yes.

Getting around aura from RWBY means getting around their soul.

Unless he can powernull forcefields in his verse no

they can nullify bith spiritual and the phisical part of the enrgy

If we were to equalize chi and ki then in both verses both chi and ki would have to behave the same. Aura from RWBY doesn't behave the same way as chakra from RWBY

nor does chakra and ki

We haven't equalized chakra and ki
butt we assume that rinnegans absorption works, as did we with non sharingan illusions, which need chakra pathways to work
