You need to know the timeframe as otherwise its unknown ... to get a speed you need distance (from Earth to Andromeda Galaxy) and the time as speed = distance/time.

Earth is around 27k light-years from the center of our galaxy then another 50k light-years to reach its border so 77k light-years then 2.5 million light-years from Milky Way to Andromeda (which is 140k light-years in diameter so 70k light-years to its center).
77k + 2.5 mil + 70k = 2,647,000 light years = 2.5042554e+19 km
2.5042554e+19 km / 2s = 1.2521277e+19 km/s which is 41766484332304.3125 times the speed of light so MFTL+.
