If a character stated that the amount of time it would take him/her to cross the VY Canis Majoris to a femtosecond is like comparing a femtosecond to a century, how fast would that make them in numbers?

I'll assume 'cross' means "move around the circumference". The circumference of VY Canis Majoris is about (i think) 8796459430.05 km.
So, he took one 3154000000000000000000000th of a femtosecond to cross the circumference.
Crossing that area in an hour would make you 8796459430.05 km/h.
There are approx. 3600000000000000000 femtoseconds in an hour.
Crossing that area in 1 femtosecond would be 8796459430.05 x 3600000000000000000 = 31667253900000000000 km/h
