How much Striking Strength would this equate to?

I genuinely would like to know, how much tons of force would it be, if a character can lift 10,000 Tons and run up to speeds of 12,000 MPH, how much would this be and on what level would this be at? And the character in question, that can do this, he is 5'10 feet tall and weighs 170 lbs.

And I would appreciate it, if you could tell me on how to accurately calculate striking strength.
