And we can assume that jack use At least faster than Eyes can see to strike Mayor Thomas.
AP should be more than street level due to how strong he using all his tools in FullSpeed and Put it in his backpack without being seen.
Can baki & Yujiro do it? Use Those tools and put it back in his backpack with out being seen like jack did.
even demon back dont help because logic of harvest moon gameplay is impossible in baki verse no matter how strong and fast they are.
Baki & Yujiro allow to use Jack backpacks and still cant do what jack did in gameplay.
Cant Take the tool out of backpack in time like jack did gameplay.
Mayor Thomas faster than Baki & yujiro due to he avoid all Jack attacks everytimes but die by jack dog that mean jack dog should be faster than mayor by Sneak Attack.
Jack at least Town level and Higher due to CrossScaling with baki verse like baki & Yujiro and Faster than them too.
Jack Weakness : out of Stamina and cant attack anymore after that in Harvest moon logic and Low endurability at least streel level.
