HSR Powerscalers have been a laughing stock since Star Level Chain Scaling emerged. No matter how you think, it just doesn't make sense at all. If you look at planet contained characters like Belobog casts or even Amphoreus casts, you can't really find a justification for 4-C scaling becuz of chain scaling. Not only it's confusing, it doesn't make sense lorewise either. Here is Gepard profile for example

Dan Heng is probably star level for sure (with his weapon) but he won't be attacking everybody with that kind of strength all the time.
I just want to mention that it's ridiculous for many characters to have 4-C scale just becuz of one single statement chain scaling. It'd be better if each planet characters have their own way of scaling inside their planet feats. What do you think?
