Huh... It seems I want to make a game too now; but what to use?

Back again. Again, dunno how long though...

Recently, I had quite a bit of ideas for a certain game I want to make in the future (Try Next Gen Tech.). However, I don't want to just get something in a physical product; which is why I want some recommendations for what things to use for this project.

One thing is confirmed: I Abhor Unreal Engine for what it did to everything I loved for the kind of game I wanted to make (Excluding KILL la KILL: if; It behaves like it should for its visuals, & the combat system is GODLY. I'll definitely try it out if I can...)

Conjecture made confirmed: I'm using Unity3D for this, & I want to be the sole creator of this project; nobody is to interfere unless I think about test versions overtime...

Haven't guessed? It's a 2D Styled Fighter pushing the graphical limits of its kind to a limit so few others (UNI[st], Blazing Strike, even the upcoming Million Arthur (Make a dang verse page for this already; a DLC character satirizing this already exist & she might already have a page!) fighting game made in collaboration between SquareENIX & EXAMU.) would dare approach. It's as ambitious as it sounds (& might prove I'm not just Red or Blue Mana anymore but also Black; like Mishra of MtG).

However, there is still a problem regarding this: I'm only going to use creative programs one can get just from steam alone (Steam being the Keyword as you can get art programs (Is SAI good?), sound programs, among other things.)

But I just want your opinions on what you think is the best in this case; & is still available on Steam (I will not count programs removed from there.). As a way to see if it exists on Steam or not; maybe you could show a link to a program from the Steam site, & explain how good it is, pros & cons, & why you'd recommend it.

Final Problem: As I never learned Algebraic Terms in school (McLean Hospital restricted so many of what the typical student wanted: A bigger thirst for knowledge even after graduating; in which in my case, was beyond the max Grade of 12. God be Vanquished if I ever learned why I should've stopped at what could've been 12th grade; but still learning what felt like Late-Middle & nothing else.), I'll have to do this first in the meanwhile to see where this goes...

I'll tell you this though; I don't want it to be a chibi-fied fighter, or even Toby Fox styled (Yep, Japan likes that kind of art.). I'll have to practice my artist on this.

I'd really like some ideas on this. Finally, I dunno IF I put this on the right board. Just move it to where you think this works better; I was considering Fun & Games at first; but even Richard Dawson stated the first thought is the right one. Mostly.

Anyways, I ponder as you guys MIGHT want to suggest from Steam as a result...

You may now comment away like a Pandemic Massively FTI (I = Infinite)

I won't be commenting on here as I did, but I still have a certain verse to rebuild & make a Magenda Profile as well; so... might as well push on.

One last time: I'd appreciate stuff on steam please. I can't get other things in a riskier fashion. Oh, & I'll handle the PC Specs in the future; I did my homework on at least that. :)

(Why is Tungsten Upside-down? :/)

I'd really like your suggestions for what to use to make that fighting game in the future. But I do have one alternative: If you can't answer, I'd like to know what board on Steam's Forums I can suggest such things. That way, I should be good to go. Choose either one. I'll see what I can do from there...
