Hulk (Marvel Comics) vs Superman (Post-Crisis) OUTLIERS PERMITTED

Superman has 1-A feats via fighting characters that can destroy/devour creation. However Hulk has basically infinite power via rage power. I'm going for Hulk.

Btw Hulk tanked magical energy 100 times Hercules's most powerful blows, so if we take that as his Chaos War blows, then...

Technically those should be Chaos War Herc level. Considering that issue of Hulk came out after Chaos War, and it was specifically stated it was the maximum Hercules could expend in one punch.

It was stated outright that the energy was comparable to a hundred times Hercules' measured strongest blows, whereas Chaos War Herc was not possible to measure by regular science, and definitely never had the time to do so.

The scientist stated it after the events of Chaos War, and probably calculated after as well. But anyway, it's only an assumption we can make until it's clarified, which will probably be never.

Unquantifiable, both of them have had outlier feats where they have smashed apart dimensional walls, and even dimensions themselves.

Superman's outliers are still pretty bullshit, and Happy Ending Superman basically just wins based on principle.

I'm more interested in Superman vs Hulk (Downplay Edition)

If you're looking for low end outliers, Superman's durability is less than an ordinary brick's. Not to mention in Superman 64, he struggles to fly through rings at 2 MPH, and can get easily killed by airsoft guns and bubbles.
