Kisame's best chance here is to drown Hulk or tire him out by abusing his Stamina advantage. Meanwhile, Hulk only needs to shorten the fight to eventually crush him with LS and AP due to his Rage.

His Large Scale Suitons are problem for Hulk, such as BakuSui Shoha
Also i don't see how Hulk can deal with Regenerative Sharks, as he hasn't any regen negations on his profile
Kisame can react to Hulk's C/S due to reacting to V2 Killer Bee and other feats
Halk can't walk on the water as this isn't on his profile
Kisame can dodge many of halk attacks with Substitution Jutsu
So i don't see how halk can deal with multiple kisames who use multiple water dragons and sharks, can summon thousand sharks and his 5 deadly sharks, while being on the water without the ability to walk on it. Also hulk's travel isn't even near to kisame's, so he can't really do anything here
Kisame has a lot of other wincoins too, but i guess this should be enough
