Jack Atlas blitzes, but since you'll probably equalize speed once you notice that, how does his Sealing work?

Well, maybe that could work, and there's also that Soul Manipulation, which can possibly get past Low-Godly Regen, depending on how good it is, and he also has Probability Manipulation, which tends to be broken as all hell.

Well, I think I'll vote Jack Atlas for now, since he seems to have some better hax and ways to get past that regen.
