Thank you, Antonio. To be honest I think that Diavolo could kill one time material Raziel and then he would come back and in an invisible mode he'll kill Diavolo since he can't predict him. But since Diavolo has one day of prep time we could say that it will be harder for Raziel

Well I'll still vote for Diavolo for this one, better AP and though the precog won't work cause of Raziel being acasual the time skip should still work on him. Sure Raziel has some stuff to work with but he can't really address the time skip even if Diavolo can't precog he can spam it.
