Aizen wins due to the fact that he can actually touch Ice King whilst the Ice King cannot touch Aizen.

Aizen is made of spiritual matter. Ice King in his own verse can't touch souls/spirits but can only see them. If he could he could just freeze Aizen low-godly or not.AppleLord said:

Oh ok. Aizen because of his intellect he could easily figure out the crown is the source of his power. Ice King in battles just tends to freeze his opponents leaving their heads exposed. Aizen's mind techniques won't work because of the crown. Aizen does directly attack the soul too with his presence so since the Ice King doesn't have a defence he could potentially disentegrate his soul. All the Ice King has going for him here is freezing as soon as they fight. Aizen has more going his way. I vote Aizen.

@Apple the hogyoku rejected him considering his body was failing to sustain it any further. So why would he still have the thing that no longer considers him worthy to have its powers to begin with.

Actually, Ichigo explained differentely. In the current Canon novel Aura brought up that Kisuke didn't seal Aizen up during that fight and why did he lied to Ichigo. The conversation wasn't finished because of fighting scenes but we will get to that later.Theglassman12 said:

@Apple you do know that said EE bankai would destroy the entire Soul Society right? He refuses to use his bankai cause it would kill everyone. And again, his power wasn't even functioning properly and was reverting back to old aizen when the hogyoku failed to make him evolve even further.

After that scene (which we still don't know what happened until the novel resumes the new info on that part) he got stronger with feats and statement. Base Aizen is now above God Aizen after fusing with his blade (a state similar to Mugetsu) by feats with Kiruhitsugi which was bigger and more destructive without incantation than his God Form Kiruhitsugi with incantation, after that he was mentioned to be stronger by the most intelligent character in the series that was also present when he was defeated by Ichigo.Theglassman12 said:

There was confirmation that you can't just take it from him. (Gin failed to remove it.) Hogyoku was sealed with him wasn't it? I have to check but I think they said he regenerated after the fight with Yhwach.Theglassman12 said:
Remember, Yhwach's Almighty prevents Orihime's Regenerationn to work unless Tsukishima changes the past, right? That's a feat for Yhwach, not an Anti-feat for Aizen. Aizen can't change the past to fix his arm and his chest were his heart was blown up. But maybe he could after Yhwach died. KS stopped affecting Yhwach after he died the first time.
