Not voting yet, but I'll say that Bobby's regen, pseudo-omni prez, ice immunity and matter manipulation makes it look good in his favor, though it depends on how Toshiro's power null works on him, since it relies on freezing, which just ain't happening to Iceman

Now that I think about it, I think this is a stomp. Toshiro can't do anything to Iceman that he can't shrug off.

Since Toshiro could freeze a bow made out of soul energie, wich was tough to be impossible, and that he could "freeze" Gerarld power, it's a possible that he migth be able to freeze Iceman soul or something.
However it's more likely that iceman will use absolute zero

Shouldn't Toshiro have absolute Zero? Hyourinmaru is the strongest Ice Zanpakuto making it superior to Rukia's.

He instantly froze air with just a gesture. he even said that he can freeze all matter.
