I have watched both series, so i will fix the renders and add more pictures to help scaling:
Abilities:
- Every Iczer and Gold can: Interstellar travel in space, teleportation, dimension creation, forcefield creation, aura, energy manipulation and absorption, generate electricity and the other abilties currently listed in their profile.
- Unique to the Iczers: Invisibility, Syncronization.
- Unique to Iczer-2: Mind Control, Limited Fire Generation. [Iczer-Sigma forcefield seems to reflect energy beams]
- Unique to Big Gold [Transmutation] and Iczer-1 after Big Gold became a part of her: Reality Warping, Mind Manipulation, Iczer-1 can also detect emotions.
- Unique to Neos Gold: Hacking, Holografic Projection, Explosion Manipulation via a sphere when inside her Robo.
- Iczer-3 heard the thought of some bugs and has Reactive Evolution while Atross has also weather manipulation.
Standard equipment:
- Bracelet for Iczer-1 [which has energy projection and forcefield creation given to Nagisa], Light sabers for the Iczers.
- None for Big Gold, Neos Gold was inside her Robo in the final episode.
Note: Every Iczer [android]/Neos Gold is referred as female due their traits like 18, Big Gold is listed as male or female around the web since its gender was never told [Iczer-2 and Neos Gold refer it as mother], but i think is genderless due that its true form is shown as a wave of yellow energy.

Neos Gold in the Reborn series.

Iczer-3 is a primary protagonist of the Iczer Reborn series, she is the younger sister of
Iczer-1 and the final Gynoid developed by the Cthulhu sent to protect the earth after Iczer-1 battle with
Neos Gold, and partned with the granddaughter of Nagisa in order to oppose Neos Gold.
- Big Gold summary:
Big Gold is the primary antagonist of the 1983 Ova Fight! Iczer On. Created alongside
Iczer-1 by an ancient machine built to grant the desire of its creators, it lived and died alongside the humans but ended up gaining new life upon wandering in space. As the embodiment of desire, it granted the wish of the Matriarch of the Cthulhu that her species have found a new home, but remade them into monstrous parasitic creatures. He then set on eliminating its other half, who was refuged on earth.
- Neos Gold summary:
Neos Gold is the primary antagonist of the Iczer Reborn series. She is the leader of the Fiber race and was created from
Big Gold computer terminal, as such she inherited its personality and objective. After engaging a fight with
Iczer-1, she sent her four generals to earth in order to wipe out any possible resistance and told the humans to bow before her.

Atros is the clone of
Iczer-3 created by
Neos Gold through the Iczelio energy she gathered through the series, she possess all the abilities of the original alongside with a desire for fighting against strong opponents. As the series progresses she would develop intense feelings that would led her to question her creation and turn against her creator.
Stats: At least

higher from Reddas [Who is equal to Blueba], who easily created his own space with a galaxy, stars and other things on the background as a result of his attack. By Reborn every strong character easily surpassed them.
Explanation: Ap [The Iczers full power energy blasts are superior to Reddas creation attack], Dura [Iczer-1 took the same attack that Reddas used to create a galaxy], Striking [Iczer-1 killed Reddas by piercing its eyes with her fingers. Also Iczers uses their energy power into their lightsabers]
Speed: Massively FTL+ speed for the characters since Iczer-1, the Generals and the Golds showed to be capable of casually travelling in space at that speed. Lastly Iczer-1 quickly arrived on earth from the Cthulhu base in very short time, which would required such speed.
Lifting Strength: Unknown [They don't have physically lifting feats since they used their energy to lift Neos Gold to space]
