If Khone protects Kharn with the whole fair combat bullshit, how does Gorechild do the soul thing?

Gorechild is a daemon weapon. It is not directly linked to Khorne. It also doesn't really do anything aside from killing things it otherwise that it otherwise couldn't or nomming incorporeal daemons. Kharn still has to "draw blood" and fight with it.
