It is possible to have acausality as well. It depends on the context.

No it wouldn't. A "system of fate" seems more reasonably refer to fate, if you are outside it then what about it? Are you in another dimension that has its own fate? Did you do something that wasn't fated to be before?; If so can you still do so at will, were you helped before, or was it a weakness of that "system of fate"'s structure?
