If someone survive in sun, that mean, he has Star level durability or resistance to extreme temperature?

The last one, being in the sun's surface is not even remotely close to Star level.

I would go with the temperatura part, as energy vary due the size of the subject. But sometimes its AP (8-B iirc), depends how the verse treat it.
