Not trying to be rude. But, isn't Mahlo cardinals are so large that they are out of reach using diagonalizations of inaccessible cardinals? If a cardinal k is Mahlo, then it naturally implies that k is a-Inaccessible for all a < k. Likewise, k is not the smallest cardinal such that a is a-inaccessible. There are k ordinals below k such that k is k-inaccessible.Just in case, the question here is not about if it's "tier" is highballed or lowballed it's about how it's treated compared to inaccessible.
