Smash fighters can reflect or deflect projectiles by perfectly shielding at the time the projectile hits. Given you get bonuses for performing it in Melee (which is how it got its name; it gives the Power Shield bonus points if performed), it’s not just game mechanics like Wavedashing. This applies to characters from Melee, Brawl, and Sm4sh, but none of the Ultimate exclusives. So if accepted, it’d be added to Captain Falcon, Ice Climbers, Game & Watch, R.O.B., Wii Fit Trainer, and Duck Hunt. Also the Miis. If Metal Mario from 64 & Melee has a profile he’d get it too. Finally, none of the bosses get it, except Master Core when it’s in its mirror match form Master Shadow.
